Land

Land is available in two states, regulated and unregulated. Unregulated land provides the greatest growth potential, but it is essential to know which plots to buy, what is the possibility of getting water and electricity and whether the area will become more attractive for investment.

Land with a sea view is becoming more and more scarce, and those available are commanding higher prices. Current prices range from 6 to 40 euros per square metre for unregulated land.

With that level of variation local knowledge is definitely needed to properly evaluate a fair price.
